What are the opening hours of the parking?

FlyPark is open 24h/7.

What about the car drop off and the shuttle ride to the airport?

When you will book your parking lot, you will see that we need to know your flight numbers as well as the departure and arrival hours. We will also ask you what is your car plate. All this in order to prepare your arrival at Flypark and your shuttle to the airport.
As soon as your car is parked and your luggage are in the shuttle, your driver will bring you directly to the airport.
On your return day, your driver will wait for you at the airport. He will put all your luggage in the shuttle and bring you back to FlyPark.

Once booking is done, how can I be sure that everything is ok?

You will receive automatically a confirmation email from FlyPark. This email may be in your junk emails or spams. So, do not forget to check them after your booking please.

If I want to arrive in advance, what do I have to do?

When you will book your parking lot, you will see that we need to know your flight numbers as well as the departure and arrival hours. This is to prepare your arrival at Flypark and your shuttle to the airport. FlyPark schedules an arrival at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure but if you want to arrive earlier, feel free to send us an email at info@flypark.be and we will adapt our shuttle service.
